Terms and conditions for private commissions

01 General terms

  • Prices are subject to change depending on demand

  • I reserve the right to refuse any order without specific reason

02 Payment

  • I accept payment in Euros only via Paypal or bank transfer. No checks will be accepted.

  • I proceed via a digital quote and, once validated, an invoice.

  • Payment can be made only once or twice after validation of the draft.

  • Do not send me payment until I have confirmed your order.

02 Execution and delivery time

  • The execution time of your order can vary from a few days to 2 months depending on the complexity, other orders, my health or other factors.

  • You must validate each stage of the creation of the visual before I continue (draft, pencil, inking, solid colors, shadows).

  • Once your order is complete you will receive a PDF HD file as well as a lighter PNG file. There is no physical version as far as I work in digital.

03 Corrections

  • The price includes 3 possibilities to correct elements during the execution of the order.

  • A supplement will be applied if you want an additional correction on the completed order, unless it is a misunderstanding on my part.

  • If your request is not clear from the start of the project and changes are requested, a supplement will be applied.

04 copyright and use

  • I, SoSkuld, artist :

  1. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  2. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  3. I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork

  4. I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms

  5. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books

  • You, the costumer :

  1. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels quoting me.

  2. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

  3. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  4. You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  5. You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

  • The following is considered copyright infringement:​:

  1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

  2. Claiming the artwork as your own

  3. Altering the artwork without my consent

  • In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased

04 cancellation and refund

  • No refund is possible once I have started working on the order.

  • If, for any reason, I cannot complete your order once it has been paid, I will refund to you the full amount.

  • If you cancel your order before I start drawing you will be fully refunded.

  • In case of refund it is me who will make the transfer, do not go through Paypal.

  • If you request a Paypal refund without authorization from me during the creation of the visual or after delivery, you will lose all your rights on the visual and will be blacklisted for future orders.
